莫小明

莫小明,男,1986年6月出生,物理科学与工程技术学院讲师,博士。近年来主持国家自然科学基金1项,广西自然科学基金1项,广西教育厅项目1项。主要从事基于钙钛矿、碳量子点、ZnO纳米晶等新型半导体材料的高效电致发光器件研发。共发表一作或者通讯作者的SCI论文12篇,SCI论文他引530多次,H-index: 15。
