曹盛，工学博士，副教授，首届八桂青年学者，广西杰出青年科学基金获得者，广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”入选者。博士毕业于北京科技大学，在新加坡国立大学开展博士后研究工作后，受聘于广西大学工作至今。主要从事无机半导体材料的可控制备、光电性能及其在电致发光/变色器件应用中的研究；主持国家自然科学基金2项；在Joule、 ACS Energy Lett.、 Adv. Funct. Mater.、 Chem. Mater.、 Nano-Micro Lett.等国际学术期刊发表论文60余篇，其中封面论文4篇；申请发明专利13项，已授权8项；撰写国际专著Phosphor Handbook（CRC Press）中一章节；担任Coatings、Frontiers in Materials、Frontiers in Chemistry和Frontiers in Nanotechnology等期刊客座编辑，《中国钨业》和《工程科学学报》青年编委。
